This is an exclusive opportunity to see the Juget-Sinclair workshop in person, learn about how pipe organs are made, and enjoy a special concert featuring Annie Bloch (Cologne, Germany) and Beast (a Montréal organetto and hurdy-gurdy duo featuring Katelyn Clark and Ben Grossman).

The afternoon begins with an open discussion between Taïka Baillaregeon (CMAQ / Héritage Montréal) and Robin Côté (président, Juget-Sinclair), as well as a presentation and demonstration of 4 new organettos (a medieval portative organ) recently built by members of the Juget-Sinclair team). This session will conclude with a communal musicking session featuring no fewer than 6 pipe organs!

The concert portion begins with the acclaimed organetto and hurdy-gurdy duo Beast, composed of Katelyn Clark and Ben Grossman, followed by Cologne-based artist Annie Bloch, who is on tour to promote her recently released album “luvt,” featuring original compositions for chest organ and electronics.

Capacity for the event is strictly limited to 50 people. It is highly recommended that you reserve your tickets in advance. Admission is $20 and 100% of proceeds go toward supporting production costs and the artists. Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks will be provided at the 6pm intermission, with a suggested (voluntary) contribution.
